Let me tell you, as briefly as possible, about my experience. This is no fluff from them at all. In fact, I was extremely skeptical, hesitant, and questioning at first. I am extremely analytical and will research everything! ;-) I received their letter inviting me to a lower mortgage rate, but I ignored it for about 3 weeks or so. So early one Saturday morning, I called the number, and after quite a few rings, Elvis picked up. The letter mentioned the name of my then Mortgage Company, but when he answered, he said Sintra Mortgage. I did not see that their name was on the back of the envelope, which caused my skepticism. I started questioning Elvis so much to the point where he agreed to video call me on WhatsApp so that I could see the office, see him, and see that this was legit. Lol. It was a very snowy day, and he decided to come to work that day. As we were talking, I Googled the company and began to read the reviews. I even met Joe on this phone call. He's one who has many reviews here as well. I must say, the Lord has his way of working things out for our good.🙏🏾 Traditional loan officers were telling me I need this, I would have to get that, or I would need so much proof on top of the proof I already have, LOL, you know how it goes. Long story short, Elvis is the one who reeled me in, made sure I was first confident in and knowledgeable of the process, and made sure he was quick to respond to any of my inquiries. Klajdi took over to close the transaction, working with underwriting, and did the same. The guys and the process are phenomenal, hands down!!! I thought all those reviews about Joe were fluff, and he joked about it when we talked, haha! ;-) But trust... these are OUR TRUE experiences with this company. Their 5 STARS🌟 rating here is no fluff. Wholesale Mortgage Brokers may just be the way to go now, and Sintra is top-tier. Same type loans. Same type rates. Less hassle. It took 12 days, and I was closed. It could've been sooner, but underwriting wanted me to change something legally. It was an easy fix, so no biggie. Having all my ducks in a row, that's all they wanted. I definitely will indeed use them again for myself. They are, now, my first recommendation to clients! 👊🏾 Most importantly, I understood the process and the costs the entire time. I felt heard and appreciated as a customer and not just another transaction. Elvis and Klajdi went above to gain my trust and to ensure my confidence and satisfaction in the process. #IAM grateful for that phone call early that Saturday morning, and Elvis being the one who answered. 🙏🏾 If you're reading reviews like me at first... go ahead and call!
